Imbalance of Powers

Sometimes the "opposition party" Senators get a little too bold. I mean, I agree that Obama is pushing his pen and the limits of his power a bit much. But, did you hear what aspiring-presidential-candidate Ted Cruz said the other day?
"The biggest problems that we're facing right now have to do with [the president] trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all. And that's what I intend to reverse when I'm president of the United States of America."
Boy, that is sticking your neck out with reckless boldness. I can only imagine how the media will be all over him a few years from now if he happens to be elected! I mean, we thought the media went to town on "Read my lips, no new taxes!" Can you imagine how the media is going to rub Cruz' nose in this one?! Because if there is one thing the mainstream media roasts, it's a hypocrite. And seriously, how much can a president reverse such a trend of the prior prez? LOL! Good luck with this one, Ted...

Wait a minute...

[What?  You say that it wasn't Senator Cruz who said that? Oh...so you're telling me...]

Pardon me readers. Correction.

On March 31, 2008, Senator Barack Obama said that about George W. Bush!

Yes, he promised change.  Good thing he has "reversed" that frightening trend of over-using Executive orders, and restored Congress to it's rightful, co-equal place.

Yeah. Sure.  Good thing.
